She is survived by: her aunt Dorothy; her children, DeLoy and Kerry; her husband DeMar Webster Romrell of Pegram; her sisters, Donna Chambers of San Diego and Dorothy Tyler of Idaho Falls; her daughter Sheila Payne Montpelier (Rex); her daughters-in-law, LaRae (late Byron) of Dingle, DeLoy (Mary Lin) of Pegram and Kerry (Verna Rae) of Pegram; and her siblings, James Welker, Woodrow Freeman, Lynn Burrell, Ethel Louise, Elma Marie, Hannah Elizabeth, Winna Annie and Irene Smith. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.
