Fife; his children, Michael Fife II, Jeramia, Amber Clark, Brandie Callahan (OnaLee), Gary Tucker, Josiah, Chantil Clark, Mariah, Zacherey Nowland, Shayden Clark, Damien Winger, Tristin Winger, Alex Dunn and Morgan Alleman; and his sister Penny Salerno.
