He was predeceased by: his mother Alberta Cook. He is survived by: his sons, Morgan Fry and Logan Fry; his father Dean Fry (Joan); and his siblings, Lori Oderkirk (Kevin), Lisa McConnell (Steve) and Warren Fry (Lupe). He is also survived by his family and numerous friends.
