He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Bale; his stepson Teddy; his cousins, Calvin Rice, Scott and Everett Burley; his siblings, Roger (Joanne) and Darlene; his stepdaughters, Sandy and Bonnie; his daughter DeNeal (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Isaiah, Isaac, Timbur, Tommy, Taven and Leah. He is also survived by cousins, nephews and nieces.
