It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lee Payne of Middleton, Idaho, who passed away on September 24, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Glenda; his son Larry; his parents, Ed and Gladys; and his brother Orville.

He is survived by: his children, Jerry Payne (Gay), Greg Payne (Pamela) and Joni (Andy); his grandchildren, Jake Kelley, Grady, Jeff, Hannah, Edwin Payne, Connor and Carson; and his sister Edna Davis (Larry).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the Idaho FFA Foundation in honor of Jim.
