It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Lee Vermaas of Middleton, Idaho, born in Caldwell, Idaho, who passed away on August 23, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jim Vermaas and Carolyn Vermaas; his friend Wayne Englehorn; his wife Bonnie Vermaas (Middleton); his siblings, Muriel Oaks (Merrill) of Oldtown, Chris Troutner (Terry) of Kuna, Ted (Ludee) of Boise and Joe Vermaas of Boise; his brothers-in-law, Chuck (Louann) and Dick Mollerup (Janet) of Boise; his stepchildren, Brenda Trujillo (Randy), Tammie Muniz (Ruben) and Tracy Vance (Leticia); his grandchildren, Megan Muniz (Stacy), Nico Muniz (Courtney), Brandon Trujillo (Natalie), Troy Vance, Michael Vance and Olivia Vance; his great grandchild Ava Muniz; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Witt, Jordan Oaks, Jake Vermaas, Alexis Vermaas Ellis, Marie Vermaas Chong, Dylan Sinclair and Aleix Vermaas.
