She is survived by: her niece Maiah; her parents, Becki Wheeler and Jim Wheeler; her stepmother Leonor Wheeler; her siblings, Sarah Kipper, Tammy David, Jesse (Angelia Raynor), James (Shari Wheeler), John (Heather Wheeler) and Brian (Tara Wheeler); her stepsiblings, Yvette, Stephanie, Michael and AJ; and her aunts and uncles, Kay Hug, Gina (Mike Wolfe), Johnny (Debbie Wheeler), Ronny (Debbie Wheeler) and Billy Joe Wheeler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Em was granted a special trip for her 21st birthday by the Wishing Star Foundation.
