It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eldred Matthews of Middleton, Idaho, born in McCall, Idaho, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Matthews and Alice Matthews; his brother Norman; and his grandson Jefferson. He is survived by: his spouse Deby Taylor; his sons, Michael Matthews, Victor Matthews and Troy Matthews; his stepchildren, Emily Lawson (Eric), James Taylor and Robert Taylor; and his sister Linda Drinkard (Matthews). He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
