He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Ann Cushing; his grandchildren, Samantha Murphy, Madyson Sheldahl, Caden Sheldahl, Colten Sheldahl and Tatum Sheldahl; his sister Ann Ristow; and his half-siblings, David, Terry, Julie, Shirley, Susan and Patty.
