He was predeceased by: his parents, Ina Fay and James Moore; and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his wife Annette; his sons, Kenneth (Kendra) and James (Audi); his stepdaughters, Liz (Greg), Pauline (Sam) and Kate; his grandchildren, Kyra (Kamal), Bailie (Mitch), Heather (Jose), Mary (Lucas), Thomas (Trinity), Jacob, Luciana, Steven, Philip, Robert and Daniel; and his great grandchildren, Connor, Claire and Amelia.
