It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Eugene Wasson of Meridian, Idaho, born in Cardington, Ohio, who passed away on March 17, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Wasson and Carl Wasson; his former wife Sharon Wasson; and his sisters, Bonnie Nicholson and Virginia Cameron.
He is survived by: his wife LaWonna Wasson; his children, Mike Wasson (Jill), Erin Fraser (Rich), Eric Wasson (Jennifer) and Wendy Berdych (Tom); his sister Ruth Egan; and his brothers-in-law, Bruce Nicholson, Ron Cameron and Lauren Sanders. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
