He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozro Vance and Lola Vance; and his siblings, Tim and Mamie. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Millie; his siblings, Ann Wilson, Charles Vance (Karen), Elaine Hamlin (Mac) and Kathryn; his children, Pamela Wollam (Marc), Stephen Vance (Ahn) and Glory McAllister; his grandchildren, Ashley, Sean, Natalie, Luke, Colton, Chase, Maxwell and Ella; his great grandchildren, Graydon, Beckett, Brinley, Gemma, Mason, Avery, Skyler, Coulson and Waylon; and also Brenda. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be given to Meridian Friends Church.
