He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Palmer and Edna Palmer; and his siblings, Gary and Joy Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, James, Terri (Jason), Jessica (Adam), Emily (Jeremy), Amelia (Adam) and Callie (Tod); and his siblings, Elaine Walker, Norma Flannery, Carol Estep, Steve Palmer and Allan Palmer. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
