He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Morey and Mamie Morey; his daughter Joy Elaine Jex of Pocatello; and his brother Pete Morey of Inkom, Idaho.. He is survived by: his wife Mable Joy Morey (Lish); and his children, Steve of Donnelly, Amy Jo of Boise and Phillip of Meridian, Idaho.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandchildren.
