He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara J. Schaefer Winters; his son Jack David; his stepfather Jim Frank; and his father Dave R. Winters. He is survived by: his wife Celinda Stone Winters; his children, Jeffery Brandon (Tangi), Angie Young (Read) and Tina Sampson (Clint); and his sister Sandi Green. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
