“I was very sorry to learn of Jay's passing. He was my boss for two years and an excellent mentor. He often took his employees out to lunch and really valued their input. He had even told me he wanted constructive criticism on himself so he could always strive to improve. I also remember his great sense of empathy, and his efforts to make our workplace more fun. “My husband and I both attended highschool with Jay. We are so truly sorry to hear of his passing. We were both sharing stories about what a nice guy he always was. He was kind to all. My husband lived a road over from him for a short time and would play with him from time to time. What I remember most about him was that he was such a nice guy. BIG heart and great laugh.
