He is survived by: his wife Elsie; his children, Teri Powell (Joe Howard), Tami Smith (Kent), Tina Powell (Marc Patterson) and Tom Powell; his grandchildren, Brad Smith (Brooke), Scott Smith, Jill Moore (Dan), Kale Howard (Colette Breshears), Sarah Page (TJ), Brian Patterson and Mitchell Patterson; and his great grandchildren, Vivienne, Madalena, Juliette, Claire and Charlotte.
