He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray and Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Jaszkowiak; his sisters, Judy Hambley and Jan Smith; his daughter Amy Henry (Mike); his grandchildren, Cian, Carter and Carly; his stepdaughter Stormy Goodwin (Dave); and his grandchildren, Elise, Alex and Graham. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
