He is survived by: his children, Paula Newkirk (Dwayne), Scott Bode (Eileen) and Steve Bode (Karen); his brother Glenn Bode (Gloria); his grandchildren, Sara Baker (Jeremy), Emily Shamim (Ian), Craig Newkirk (Jennifer) and Blake Odell (Toni); and his great grandchildren, Desmond Baker, Regan Baker, McKenzie Shamim and Madison Shamim.
