He is survived by: his siblings, Chuck and Shoshone; his son Rod; his wife Arleen Finlayson of Wendell; his sons, Rodney L. Finlayson (Betty) and Frank S. Finlayson Sr. (Robyn); his sister Betty Clayton; and his sister-in-law Rosalie Finlayson. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
