He is survived by: his wife Clara Lou; his daughter Cara Weech (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Heather Fairgrieve (Riley) and Brennan Weech (Desirae Welk); and his sister Mary Aldrich. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
