He was predeceased by: his father David Harold Cullum; and his grandparents, Hope Baxter and Jack Baxter. He is survived by: his mother Judith Ann Baxter of Walla Walla, WA; his spouse Tanja Cullum of Meridian, ID; his sister Michelle of Walla Walla, WA; his daughters, Jessica Hudgens of Meridian, ID and Brittny Perkins of Kuna, ID; and his grandchildren, Lily "Boo" Hudgens of Meridian, ID and Kinston Butler of Meridian, ID. He is also survived by many nieces and a nephew.
