She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kimber and Norma Monroe. She is survived by: her son Chainey; her daughter-in-law Chainey; and her siblings, Gary, Karla and Gerald. She is also survived by brother; grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Remembered for her infectious spirit, boundless joy, and meaningful contributions to the community, Debbie will be profoundly missed by friends, family.
