He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Buersmeyer and Hermina Buersmeyer; and his brothers, Jim and Mike. He is survived by: his wife Joy; his children, Bob, Mary, Patty, Carl and Kevin (Laureen); and his grandchildren, Chris (Zoe), Katharine, Ian and Diana.
