She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray O. Pack and Lova June Pack; and her brother Earle D. Pack. She is survived by: her son Cory W Clark (Stacey); and her siblings, LuAnn Losh (Mike) and Alan Pack (DeAnn). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
