She was predeceased by: her parents, John Phillips and Theresa Phillips. She is survived by: her daughter Terryann Simoni; her son-in-law Neil A. Simoni; her granddaughter Kristine L. Simoni of Idaho; her brother James J. Phillips; her sister-in-law Wilma E. Phillips; her niece Sandra (Darrell Nelson); and her cousin Ginny Scruton of California. She is also survived by her children, as well as her many friends.
