It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arvid Evans of Meridian, Idaho, who passed away on April 4, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lillian Evans and Othniel Evans; his wife Alice; his children, Daniel, Leah and Eric; his grandchildren, Tierney, Lily, Wesley and Jameson; his great grandchildren, Hazel and Levy; and his brother Don. He was also cherished by his friends and family.

“I worked with Arv several times in my career, first with Pacific Bell and then AT&T Long Lines and Bell Labs. We shared our interest in ham radio and Arv was an avid home build enthusiast. I still have a few projects in a box in the garage that he coached me through building. Our thoughts and prayers will be with Alice and her family. Will be looking forward to that great and glorious resurrection day. Bob & Stacia Elm”
