He is survived by: his wife Lois; and his children, Mike, Logan, Frank and Lori. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that a donation be made to the Boise Rescue Mission in Boise, Idaho, in Arthur's name.
