He was predeceased by: his parents, Doii Russell and Ercil Russell; and his sister Imogene Peterson. He is survived by: his son Al Russell, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Lora; his granddaughter Mercedes; his children, Jennifer Russell and Jeff Russell; his nephew Kelly Peterson; his nieces, Dixie Peterson and Shelley Peterson; and the mother of his children Marilyn Cambou (Bob).
