He is survived by: his wife Susan Frew of Menan, Idaho; his children, David Frew (Stephanie) of Shelly, Idaho, Leslie Deschaine (David) of Salmon and Michelle Crabb (Brian) of Gresham, Oregon; and his siblings, Mary Michael Willner (Larry) of Sparks, Barbara Wolahan (Jerry) of Victor, Trudy Carlson, Kate Eckhaus of Hayward, California and Frank Frew of Lynn Haven, Florida. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren.
