He was predeceased by: his father Theo Irvin Hanson; and his brother Oscar Hanson. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Green Hanson of Annis; his wife Julia Hanson of Menan; his children, Eric Hanson (Rebecca) of Menan, Megan Brown (Jason) of Menan, Troy Hanson (Lacy) of Menan and Christine Graham (Matthew) of Townsend, MT; and his sisters, LuAnn Plourde (David), Treena Moore (Daryl), Rita McCulloch (Tony), Lorna Richards (Ralph) and Susan Sears (Gary). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
