She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Wayne Hall and Gladys Bernice Collier Hall; her husband Bobby Dean Packard Sr.; and her daughter Lisa. She is survived by: her children, Evy Williams (Rick) of Fredericksburg, VA, Tim Packard (Sheila) of McMinnville, OR, Bobby Packard Jr. of Rigby, ID, Dale Packard of Menan, ID and Steven Packard Sr. of Sibold, TX; and her sisters, Cleora Williams of Menan, ID, Sheryl Hayes of Menan, ID, Marilea Hall of St. George, UT and Karleen Johnson of Menan, ID. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
