He is survived by: his former wife Ruth Carol Ward; his wife Polly Ann White (Parmer); his sisters, Marilyn Lafrance, Dorothy Bischoff and Deona Gonzales (John); and his children, Patricia Bergeson (David), Sandy Sollender (Jerry), Barbara Trolson (Rob), Heidi Denney (Mark), Greg Medley (Tic), Terry Ricks (Rocksann) and Larry White.
