With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dirk Richards of Menan, Idaho, born in Moses Lake, Washington, who passed away on March 22, 2023 at the age of 66. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dirk Richards to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Darrell Gene; and his son Samuel. He is survived by: his mother Karen Green Richards; his wife Claudia Waite; his family, Joseph, Elaine, Karen, Samuel, Timothy and Austria; his siblings, Sonya Bobka, Lorraine Knox, Sandra Pingel (Brent), Craig Richards and Richard Ellefson (Jen); his children, Rachel Romans (Kurt) of Nyssa, Oregon, Joseph Richards (Maren) of Oregon City, Oregon, Elaine Farnsworth of Parma, Idaho, Karen McMullan (Roger) of Taylorsville, Utah and Timothy Richards (Julie) of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Austin, Emma Spencer, Ruth, Lucy, Jane, Nicole, Misha, Adelaide, Gwendolyn, Eleanor, Marigold, Lorna, Ethan, Daniel, Claire, Aurora, Dean, Wallace, Leander and Aseneth.
Also, they served in the Guayaquil Ecuador Temple for seven months until COVID closed the temple.
