He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Charters, Jr. and Fern Smith O'Malley; his grandparents, Harry and Gladys Charters; his siblings, Kenny Charters and Teresa Hetzler (Charters); and his nephews, Tommy Jr. Charters and Russell Charters.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Charters; his son Danny Charters; his grandchildren, Tyler Charters and Jessica Charters; his brothers, Tom Charters (Jeannie) and Dan Charters (Candy); and his caregiver Darcy.
