He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jared Neeser and Jane Anne Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lee Tillotson; and his children, Kurt Neeser (Shanna), Kevin Neeser (Connie), Brenda Kay (Alan), Jay Neeser (Ellen) and Kami Larsen (Kent). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
