He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thomsen and Nora Thomsen (McClure); his brother Norman; his sons, Bradley and David; and his grandson Drew.
He is survived by: his wife Joan (Martin); his sons, Joel (Roni) and Brian (Traci); his sister Mary Jane Stephanini; and his stepchildren, Bonnie (Don), Larry (Rhonda), Paula (Jim) and Cretia. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great grandson.
