She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Leslie and Catarina Leslie; her husband Donald Garrard; her son Troy Garrard; her son-in-law Stan Williams; her siblings, Robert Leslie, Bessie Griffin, Callie Thompson, Charles Leslie, Jessie Torrence and Johnnie Leslie; and her niece Teena Underwood.

She is survived by: her children, Roy Garrard of Spring Creek, NV, Debra Lynde (Lowell) of Marsing, Idaho, Leslie Garrard (Carla Guerrero) of Spring Creek, NV, Nadine Garrard of Portland, OR and Diana Williams of Spring Creek, NV; her daughter-in-law Brenda Garrard of Ontario, OR; her grandchildren, Jennifer Lynde of Marsing, ID, Joni Wood (Jeremy) of Marsing, ID, Jamie Malmberg (Patrick) of New Plymouth, ID, Jessica Garrard of Portland, OR, Steven Garrard, Jessica Ryan (Jerry) of Strasburg, CO, Shawna Osuna (Mike) of Reno, NV and Jackie Clabaugh of Lowman, ID; her sisters, Myrtle Osborne of Pagosa Spring, CO and Betty Huffman (Jake) of Terrel, TX; and her sister-in-law Barbra Fisher (Doreen Dixon). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be given in Lily's name to St. Bernard's Catholic Church PO Box 186, Jordan Valley, Oregon.
