He was predeceased by: his daughters, Helen Gay Erwin and Tricia Gay. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jordan Erwin, Ella Kay, Tate Alexander Erwin and Tricia Gay; his great grandchildren, Bradley Fox and Ella Jay Erwin; his brother Joseph "Joe" Marvin Erwin; his nieces, Diane and Kristin; and his nephew Kendrick.
