He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifford P. Phoebus and Bernadine D. Phoebus; his wife Marianne Reczek-Phoebus; his daughters, Michelle and Sylvia; his brother Preston Phoebus (Mary) of Oneonta; his siblings-in-law, Chris Taylor and Jerry Rauschenberger; his niece Whitney Freeman; and his nephew Braden Taylor. He was also cherished by five grandchildren.
