He is survived by: his parents, Mark Lewis Wilsey Jr and Elise Jeanette Wilsey (Forsman); his grandparents, Carlos Forsman and Gertrude Forsman (Paris); his spouse Debra Kaye Bowles; his brother Carl Finke; his wife Debby; his children, Rachel Higgins (Jake) of Melba, ID, Lisa of Marsing, ID and Matthew (Nerea) of Nampa, ID; his grandchildren, Hayden Higgins, Matteo, Isabella and Amaia Wilsey; and his sisters, Breeze Geer of Kamiah, ID and Diana Wilsey Geer (David) of Cheyenne, WY. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
