He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Smith and Vera Gleed Smith; his sons, Jared and Dustin; and his wife Pam.
He is survived by: his son Jedd (Missy) of Meridian. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and one sister and brother.
Viewing was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Malad Stake Center (1250 1100 W, Malad City, ID 83252). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Malad LDS Stake Center (1250 1100 W, Malad City, ID 83252).
