He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughter Sarah Rethard O'Neal; his grandson Patrick Lewis O'Neal III (Mick); his son Mason Katz; his sister Debbie Morgan (Paul); his stepmother Loretta Rethard; his half-sister Raegan Rethard Hensley (Bill); and also, AnnMarie Anderson (Mark), David Hooste (Cheryse), Lara Britton (Josh), Richard Hooste, Mark Hooste (Vahnessa), Joanna Hooste and Jared Hooste.
