He is survived by: his child Charles Dirk; his wife Mary Allen; his sons, Kim Allen (Kris) and Dirk Allen (Pam Pace); his son-in-law David Layton; his sister Shirley Kelley; his daughter Dawn Marie Allen-Layton; his parents, Ruth Allen and Ellis Allen; his parent-in-law Frances Wegner; and also Fred Wegner. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
