She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Frank and Verla Ione Madsen Frazier; her husband Danny; and her brothers, Vernell and Stephen Frazier.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Kristi) of Malad, Idaho, Jason (Stephenie) of Farr West, Utah and Gary (Tana) of Clinton; her granddaughter Danielle Thomas of Hyrum, Utah.; her siblings, Brent Frazier (Carol), Darla Hancock and Kristen Harbertson (Scott); and also Danny Gene Richardson. She is also survived by her 4 children, 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
