She is survived by: her children, Michele Nef (Tony) of Leadore, Gary Madsen (DeAnn) and Randy Madsen (Karen) of Lewisville; and her siblings, Mary Argyle, Clarine Osborn of Randolph, Howard Putnam of St. George and Jack Putnam of Boise, Idaho.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 63 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
