He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Schwartz and Lottie Schwartz; and his wife Clara Heinen. He is survived by: his sister Margaret Whitworth of Seattle; and his children, Dave (Toni) of Post Falls, Larry (Lori) of Lewiston, John (Andrea) of Huntsville, Ala., Donna Schmidt (David) of Lewiston, Tim (Jill) of Poulsbo, Wash. and Chris (Ranelle) of Hayden, Idaho.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
