She is survived by: her husband Mike Moore; her children, Tammi Jo Moore and Konrad Moore; her siblings, Tracie Elnicki and Arthur "Art" McKinney; her nephews, Johnny Elnicki and Edward Chipman; and her close friends, Haylie Pierce and Calvin Williams.
The family suggests memorial donations in Tonya's honor be made to the Lewiston Eagles.
