She was predeceased by: her husband Dan; and her siblings, Dean, James, William "Bill" Herzog and Lillian Dykes.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Swanson (Doug) of Tigard, Ore.; her granddaughter Lauren Akolzina (Vadim); her great grandchild Olga Akolzina of Beaverton, Ore.; her siblings, Lorraine Young of Lewiston, Jennie Nuxoll of Grangeville, Mary Jo Arnone (George) of Sparks, Nev, Gladys Jacobsen of Nehalem, Dorothy Lasher (Tony) of Germantown, Ill. and David Herzog (Pam) of Craigmont; her sister-in-law Doris Herzog of Lewiston; and her friends, Bill and Franki Hubbard. She is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews; and many extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Sylvia's memory to All Saints Catholic Church, or a charity of your choice.
