He is survived by: his former spouse Jan Hopkins; his niece Natalie; his wife Judy; his children, Bobby Artz of Showlow, Ariz., Kim Keth (John) of Lompoc, Calif. and Tori Artz of Georgia; his stepchildren, Bryan Cridlebaugh (Shauna) of Gig Harbor, Wash. and Tori Cridlebaugh of Weippe; and his brother Jerry Artz of Akron. He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous family members and friends.
